Keep it Simple

With our lists (and I hope you keep a list) of many tasks to accomplish throughout the day, let alone to reach our short and long-term goals, it is far too easy to get distracted by the many stimuli that we take for granted.
Precisely why I am so fond and somewhat fanatical about 'Lists'!
I love to see a list, a new list with many line items to accomplish. I also respect that life is far more than a list. But a fresh list in front of me presents a challenge, and several crossed off items from that list presents the satisfaction of accomplishment and confidence! Yay me
Also, even if all, most or merely some of the day's list are not completed and crossed off, the almighty-yet simple pen-to-paper list can serve to keep you FOCUSED.
P.C. Homework Rule #1, if you are spending more than 5minutes 'searching' (beit Google or other), make a solid choice already from the search engine results, stop obsessive/compulsive searching and move on to the task at hand or the next task on your list.
Or better yet, Get Up and Get Moving for 20minutes then plop back down at your PC later.
